The Greek Community takes a firm stance against hazing and promotes an environment that facilitates positive member experiences in line with organizational, community, and University values. The Interfraternity Council, Multicultural Greek Council, the National Pan-Hellenic Council, and the Panhellenic Association strive to maintain safe environments in which students know that they will not be subject to hazing when joining or affiliating with any fraternity or sorority. In addition to enforcing the Policy Regarding Hazing for the Greek Community, and providing various resources such as http://hazingprevention.org/, our Greek Community sponsors Hazing Prevention week annually. This year, Hazing Prevention Week will take place October 23-27th.
