Nicole has been with the Dean of Students Office at Michigan since 2014. Prior to her arrival, she served in a variety of leadership roles within higher education over the past 24 years including having served as Dean of Student Services at Palm Beach State College (2008-14); as Director of Multicultural Affairs at Ursuline College (2005-07); as Associate Dean of Students at Eastern Michigan University (2003-04); and as Special Assistant to the President, Director of Admissions and an Admissions Officer at Central State University (1993-02). Nicole earned her Masters degree from Wright State University in 2002, has completed the Harvard Institute of Higher Education Certificate in Management Development Program and earned her Bachelor's Degree from Central State University in 1993. Along the way, Nicole has been actively engaged with the larger fraternity and sororoity community work via her involvement in her own sorority and as a consistent volunteer on her various campuses; and, as a trusted adviser to numerous students involved in the fraternity and sorority community.
