Endia is an Educational Studies Master's student with a concentration in Educational Equity, Justice, and Social Transformation at the Marshal School of Education at the University of Michigan. Originally from Prince George's County, MD, Endia graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a concentration in Educational Policy and Social Change. During her time at Bucknell, Endia found her passion for community building and equitable education practices through various roles and organizations. Serving as President of Bucknell's Black Student Union for 2 years, a residential advisor, and interning in the Office of Multicultural Student Services and Office of Admissions, Endia has gained valuable leadership, community-building, and mentoring experience. While completing her master's program, Endia hopes to remain connected to community-based organizations back home, and to foster new connections with those here in Michigan, offering support however she can.
