NPHC: Spooktacular Trunk or Treat

Picture this: a gathering of National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) members, children in Halloween costumes, and the vibrant energy of the Burns Park neighborhood – that's right, it's the cherished Trunk or Treat tradition!

In October, the fraternity and sorority community hosted their 2nd annual Trunk or Treat event. Held at the Ann Arbor Senior Center, this annual extravaganza saw the participation of not only the NPHC but all four councils within our fraternity and sorority community.

Held at the Ann Arbor Senior Center, this festive gathering has become a cherished tradition where our fraternity and sorority community comes together to provide treats for the young trick-or-treaters in the Burns Park and surrounding neighborhoods.

A Spooktacular Tradition:

The Trunk or Treat event is not just about filling up candy bags; it's a chance for the students to extend the spirit of Halloween beyond their campus borders. Members of the Ann Arbor community joined us for an evening filled with laughter, creativity, and, of course, a bounty of sweets. It's a wonderful opportunity to engage with our neighbors, foster community relations, and share in the joy of the season.

NPHC Building Bridges in Ann Arbor:

This year, NPHC had the pleasure of contributing to the festivities, strengthening the bonds between our Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) community and the Ann Arbor locals. As alumni, you know the importance of community engagement, and events like Trunk or Treat exemplify our ongoing commitment to being active and positive contributors to the places we call home.

Collective Festive Fun:

Imagine the sight of elaborately decorated car trunks, each serving as a mini Halloween haven, as children and families made their way through the rows of creatively themed treats. It was a collective effort by our FSL community to make this event not only enjoyable but also a memorable experience for everyone involved.

The Trunk or Treat event hosted at the Ann Arbor Senior Center was a resounding success, thanks in part to the enthusiastic participation of NPHC. You can take pride in the continued tradition of bringing joy to the Ann Arbor community while strengthening the ties that bind our FSL family. Here's to the spirit of Halloween, community connections, and the enduring impact of our fraternity and sorority experience at the University of Michigan!
