The most common way to join a Panhellenic Association sorority is through the Primary Recruitment process of mutual selection. The next Panhellenic Primary Recruitment will be in January 2025.
All of Michigan's National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sororities participate in the Primary Recruitment Process. The one Associate Member chapter holds its own informal process during the fall and winter semesters for individuals that meet the eligibility criteria.
Continuous Open Bidding (COB) is an informal recruitment process that occurs during the fall and winter semesters for women who meet the eligibility requirements for membership.
